Show- Tech Specific
As a reminder, one parent/guardian from each family is required to sign up for and attend one of these load in slots.
Set build: Please wear something you do not mind getting messy. Some days it is construction work where you will be covered in saw dust while other other days needs might be painting projects. Please do not bring students under the age of 13 to set builds for safety reasons. All students 13 or older are encouraged (but not required) to attend Set Builds to broaden their theatre knowledge.
Load in: We spit it into parts to help facilitate what each person is doing. We ask that you do not leave at the end of your time slot with out letting Catie know so we can keep everything on track. Load in tasks will be posted the Wednesday prior to load in and they are first come first serve, so please check back.
Strike: Following the final performance of the show we meet in the donor's lounge in the lobby for a brief team meeting then break off into assignments. Strike is not completed until everything is clean up, organized and put away. We ask that you do not leave strike until Catie has released you.
